I’m thrilled to have my quilt Energy Grid published in the May/June 2018 issue of McCall’s Quilting. It was so much fun to make and relatively simple to put together.  It’s a departure from my usual applique and maybe that’s why I had so much fun doing it.   They make it look so lovely with the way it’s displayed.  Here’s a regular view:

So if you see it at your local quilt shop pick up a copy.  There are some really lovely quilts in this issue dedicated to log cabin quilts.

How exciting and Congratulations! This beautiful quilt fits everything that I have been considering for my next quilt, half square triangle, the log cabin lay out and yet being separated by a single chain of squares. So, I will be looking for the magazine while shopping for fabric tomorrow. I almost forgot to tell you that along with all of the fabulous design factors, the fabric colors you have chosen are so perfect. They just pull your attention in right away and make us (at least me) want to get really close and see all of the details. Thank you for sharing and have a great day!
